Emigration! (2025)

The topic of emigration seems to have stayed with me ever since "Hiwwe wie Driwwe". Now, the three-part ARTE series ‘Auswandern! Deutsche Schicksale aus drei Jahrhunderten’ (Emigrating! German destinies from three centuries) has been released. It is a German-French co-production, for which I was the production manager on the German side. All three episodes will also be broadcast on ARTE on 8 November 2025 at 8:15 p.m. They are already available online. Although some of the stories took place 300 years ago, they are frighteningly relevant today.
